Zack Parker is originally from Richmond, Indiana where he began
making films at age 11. Zack studied filmmaking at Ball State
University in Muncie, IN and later at UCLA in Los
Angeles, CA. Always returning to the Midwest to shoot his films,
Zack has produced directed 6 shorts, the most recent of which,
DECEPTION, debuted at the Slamdunk Film Festival in Park City,
Utah in 2001.
INEXCHANGE marked the feature directorial debut for Parker
in 2006, and was subsequently released on DVD in 15 countries.
Zack has recently completed his second feature QUENCH, a Gothic
Drama that was filmed entirely in his hometown of Richmond in
the fall of 2006. QUENCH premiered at the New York International
Independent Film Festival in late 2007 where it received the
Award for Best Director of a
Feature Film, and is currently represented by Producer Reps
Circus Road Films in Los Angeles.
